DESCRIPTION:At the November election\, Blue Hill voters will be asked to co
 nsider a referendum article as to whether Blue Hill should participate in 
 a newly formed Toddy Pond Watershed District and to contribute Town (taxpa
 yer) funds to support the first year’s organizational and operational co
 sts of the district.\nOn September 10\, an information session was held in
  person at the Blue Hill Town Hall to help attendees to better understand 
 the potential costs and benefits of the article.\nThis meeting will be a r
 emote version of the same presentation and opportunity for Q&amp\;A\, inte
 nded for those who could not attend the Blue Hill (or the Orland\, Penobsc
 ot\, or Surry) meeting.\nA public hearing on the article will be held in O
 ctober.\nLink to join the meeting\nParticipants are not required to downlo
