The Blue Hill Board of Appeals has been established to hear appeals of decisions by the Code Enforcement Officer and/or the Planning Board, as provided in certain Town ordinances.

Meetings
The Board of Appeals does not meet on a fixed schedule. It meets only when an appeal is to be heard, evaluated and decided. Meetings of the Board of Appeals, when practicable, will be listed on the Town calendar. All such meetings (except for duly-called Executive Sessions) are open to the public.
