Can I get my Hunting or Fishing License in Blue Hill?
- If you are a resident of Maine, you must live in Blue Hill to get your License here.
- If you are not a resident of Maine, you may get your License at any registration agent (including towns) in Maine.
- If you or an immediate family member owns 10 or more continuous acres, you may hunt on that land without a license (some prey excluded).
- We can only issue Lifetime Licenses to those 70 or over. To obtain a Lifetime License younger than that, including Junior Lifetime Licenses, you will need to go through the Dept. of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife.
What do I need to bring?
If you have ever had a Hunting or Fishing License, or registered a boat, ATV, or snowmobile, in Maine, you have a MOSES ID.
