The Select Board will hold a meeting substantially all of which is expected to be in executive session pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 405(6)(E) — consultation between the Select Board and its attorney concerning pending or contemplated litigation.
This meeting will be remote only via Teams (uninvited participants will be dropped when the executive session begins).
