Today, June 4, is the last day to request an absentee ballot for the June 9 Primary under normal circumstances, including in-office voting.
After today, any voter who needs an absentee ballot must fill out the attached form, which constitutes an oath that the circumstances preventing you from voting on election day were unforeseen and unavoidable. This is also true of anyone looking to vote early in office.
