Thurs. 10/29 Last Day for Absentee Ballots

Thursday, 10/29/26 will be the last day to request an absentee ballot for the 11/3/2026 General Election unless special circumstances (like an unexpected illness) exist. This applies to all types of absentee ballot requests — online, telephone, mail, office pickup, and in-office early voting. Please bear in mind that our office is closed on Wednesdays, though any online requests submitted on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday morning.

Absentee ballots do not need to be returned until 8:00 PM on election day. In person-voter registration continues through election day.

For more information on absentee voting and voter registration, please see this page.

Absentee Ballots Available until 10/29

Absentee ballots are now available to pick up from the Clerks’ Office. In-office voting (which does not require a written application) will begin on Monday, 10/5. If you have already submitted a request to have a ballot mailed to you, they will be mailed out today and on Monday. The last day to request an absentee ballot will be 10/29. For more information on absentee voting, please see this page.
