The South Blue Hill Wharf may be partially closed this Thursday and Friday (September 25-26) for up to four hours to allow the dinghy “finger floats” to be relocated to accommodate a large barge’s access to the boat launch area. Although the wharf will be available during these times for use by the public, there may be increased traffic and ramp utilization during these times (details below).
- The finger floats may be relocated up to two hours before high tide and should be back in place within two hours after high tide on both days.
- High tide will be at 1:46PM on Thursday and at 2:23PM on Friday.
- During the times that the finger floats are not in place, Rex Florian will provide a tender to transport any dinghy permit holders to their dinghies and/or vessels.
