Public input will be solicited at the March 17 Select Board meeting on the town’s plan to replace the four “finger floats” at the South Blue Hill wharf. All interested members of the public are invited to join, in person or remotely, to express their views on the plan.
The Town of Blue Hill is soliciting bids for surplus floats previously used at the Village Wharf. Five floats are available for purchase—three floats approximately 16’x14′ and two 16’x6′ finger floats. The floats will be sold (individually) as is, where is, with no minimum bid.
The deadline for sealed bids is Monday, June 3 at 5:00pm at the Town Office; the bids will be opened at the Select Board’s public meeting scheduled to begin at 5:30pm that evening.
The Town’s sale of surplus computer equipment (PCs, hard drives, network equipment, and a monitor) will conclude on Monday. Any resident or property owner can make an offer at the Town Office by 4pm.
The Town of Blue Hill has identified certain computer equipment that it no longer needs and is offering this equipment for sale to Blue Hill taxpayers and residents. There are several desktop computers, external and internal storage devices, networking equipment and a monitor.
