Online burn permits are now free through the State of Maine online portal.
Burn permits are also available through our Fire Chief, Matthew Dennison. Please call the Town Hall if you would like to obtain a burn permit through our office instead of the online portal.
July 26th-July28th, our office will be closed from 11-1 so we can process your annual tax bills. Please be patient as our staff works tirelessly to get these out to property owners.
The Town Office and the Blue Hill/Surry Transfer Station will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
