At the November election, Blue Hill voters will be asked to consider a referendum article as to whether Blue Hill should participate in a newly formed Toddy Pond Watershed District and to contribute Town (taxpayer) funds to support the first year’s organizational and operational costs of the district.
A this meeting will be held to allow voters to better understand the potential costs and benefits of the article.
A public hearing on the article will be held in October.
