At the November election, Blue Hill voters will be asked to consider a referendum article as to whether Blue Hill should participate in a newly formed Toddy Pond Watershed District and to contribute Town (taxpayer) funds to support the first year’s organizational and operational costs of the district.
A public hearing will be held to allow voters to better understand the implications of the article and to speak in favor or in opposition to the article.
