The Toddy Pond Watershed Management District and the Alamoosook Lake Watershed Management District will hold a Budget Hearing on the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 District Budgets on Monday, January 5th, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Orland Community Center, Orland, Maine. Public Comments will be heard from citizens of the towns of Orland, Blue Hill, Penobscot and Surry as well as lakefront property owners on Toddy Pond and Alamoosook Lake.
