At the November election, Blue Hill voters will be asked to consider a referendum article as to whether Blue Hill should participate in a newly formed Toddy Pond Watershed District and to contribute Town (taxpayer) funds to support the first year’s organizational and operational costs of the district.
On September 10, an information session was held in person at the Blue Hill Town Hall to help attendees to better understand the potential costs and benefits of the article.
This meeting will be a remote version of the same presentation and opportunity for Q&A, intended for those who could not attend the Blue Hill (or the Orland, Penobscot, or Surry) meeting.
A public hearing on the article will be held in October.
Participants are not required to download the Microsoft Teams application; the meeting can be joined via a browser.
