Mountain Road Closed
Starting mid-July for approximately 10 weeks.
Closed to through traffic (It will be open for fair week)
Those hiking up Blue Hill Mountain will we need to find an alternate starting point.
At its meeting on May 28th, 2024, the Select Board adopted a set of rules and regulations to apply to the Town’s three cemeteries. The rules govern the sale of rights to use lots in the cemeteries, maintenance responsibilities, monument specifications, decorations, and visitor use, among other things.

Please join the Blue Hill Select Board May 6, 2024 at 5:45 (Town Hall), for a hearing to discuss updated rules and regulations at the Seaside Cemetery. The topics will include what type of plantings and decorations will be allowed at individual plots, and whether or not dogs will be allowed in the cemetery. Please come and join the discussion.
